The food has been consistent with friendly service, and the team is praised for their exceptional attitude and attention to detail. The owner should be grateful to have an employee named Chris, who is described as a "huge asset" and creates "awesome classic meatball subs." The location is also known for its cleanliness, and the staff have been commended for their kindness and patience in assisting an elderly customer.
