Both of these staff members made it truly an unforgettable visit…they both went above and beyond, and interacted with our children throughout the entire meal and made it an incredible experience for our entire family. This is definitely more than just a restaurant - it is absolutely an experience and we would recommend 100% (especially for kids - they won’t stop talking about how much fun they had)!“

“Wowser!! If you are in Calgary head here for breakfast! It’s worth the stop for their jam alone! Fresh warm biscuits, fresh ingredients, large portions, and their pancakes… SERIOUSLY!!!
Food was fresh and hot when it arrived to our table. Our server was amazing and funny! (Said she was fairly new as we had a question and she wasn’t sure so wanted to check with the kitchen)
We were beyond stuffed when we left.

The mango-coconut muffin and the latte, just amazing. The muffin especially, was perfectly sweet, which brought out the flavours so well. The mango filling in the middle and the mango chunks in there, just heavenly. Such a great ambience. Super clean, great service. While I was here, I felt like everything my eyes fell on was put there with so much care and purpose. It’s so great to be in a place that someone has put together with so much passion for the work they do. Because the entrance to the cafe is not through the front, but through a side door past a main door, anytime someone opens the door you are not startled by the road noise. As someone who loves to be in places with minimal noise interruptions, I really appreciate the tiny little bell when the door opens. It just makes the sweetest little ‘ting’ as compared to the loud electronic‘TING TONG’. The song was played on the perfect volume too, not overwhelming the space at all. A more selfish part of me wants to keep this cafe a secret for just myself. But a better part of me wants everyone to know. And an amazing cafe like this makes me want to get a loudspeaker out and just scream out the great things about this place, till everyone gets Frida’s mango muffins.“

“This is honestly the best Subway location I’ve ever been to in Calgary. The store is always spotless, and the food is consistently fresh the bread is fluffy, the veggies are crisp, and everything tastes amazing every single time. They’re also very generous with their portions, which makes a huge difference in the quality of the sandwiches.

They always wrap everything with care so nothing falls apart, and their hygiene and presentation are excellent. They have mixed up a few of my online orders before, but despite that, this location still deserves a full 5 stars. The quality, freshness, and service here are unmatched.“

The head brewer (owner I presume?) gave me a quick education on brewing Sahti and their baker chatted with us about how she makes her amazing bread and all the other in house items she makes. 100% recommend this little brewery and will definitely be back“

“First time at Freshii Sundance in Sundance SE Calgary and it’s now my go-to healthy restaurant. The Buddha Satay Bowl was fresh, fast, and fairly priced; smoothies were great too. Staff kept the line moving and the place was spotless. Easy parking at 15 Sunpark Plaza SE and ordering online for pickup was smooth. I’ll be back—and will use them for office catering next time. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“

“Amazing date night Notable Restaurant My husband and I went on a flavor vacation tonight at Notable, and the first stop was the Embered Oysters. O. M. G. These little beauties left us speechless. They were baked in rich chili garlic butter, with delicate ribbons of spinach. We then both ordered the tenderloin. My husband went for a side of the baked potato, but this wasn’t your average russet with a dollop of sour cream…this was a big, glorious red-skinned potato loaded with house-made sour cream and a bacon vinaigrette that should be its own food group. Every bite was salty, creamy, buttery perfection. He added a horseradish sauce, which was less like the nose-tingling stuff you think of and more like a gravy-meets-horseradish situation. Paired well with anything it touches. I went for the potato gratin, which was life-changing. It was like biting into a cheesy, salty, melt-in-your-mouth potato cloud with the most perfect crusted cheese top. We also ordered the half lobster (flavourfully baked and fell out of the shell) and the beets…which I loved the first couple bites however, I like the earthy taste highlighted and they were glazed in a blueberry maple glaze that was a bit too sweet for me…perfect for my husband. He happily finished them off while I went back to my cheesy cloud. By the end of the night, we were already planning our next visit because our taste buds are basically addicted now. And shoutout to Ashley, our server, who was attentive, hilarious, and the cherry on top of a perfect dinner.“

Great atmosphere, good food, live music, our server(Sarah?) was so friendly and funny and kept on top of everything on a very busy night. They even had a visit from a mummer! It was busy but servers keep informing us there might be a bit of delays since it's busy and I understand and appreciate that. They gave us free soup for the slight inconvenience. 2nd time here 1st with family, definitely coming back many times. Deep fried wonton is exquisite, will get that just for me next time for take home. Highly recommended.“

“I just wanted to take a minute to say thank you to all of the amazing staff! My wife left her pink purse on a chair the night before we flew out on vacation.

Luckily we were able to get back to the brewery and a girl was still cleaning up just before midnight. She answered the door and we got her purse. The following morning before we boarded the plane we had multiple staff calling us on their personal phones making sure we had received her purse. I cannot say how nice it was to be taken care of so quickly“
