11 Best Hot Dogs in Calgary

“As with all the other Chungchun restaurants, this location did not disappoint! I tried the mozzarella and chicken corn dog with potato topping and it was delicious! I like the potato topping over the corn flakes and they have a lot of options for sauces and seasonings that really elevate the experience. Chungchun is the only Korean corn dog place that I’ve seen that has a chicken option, most others are either a mix or just beef. I would love it even more if they were able to wrap the chicken in cheese instead of it being to top half cheese and the bottom half meat. This location shares its space with a bubble tea place so if you want a tasty drink with your corndog it’s that much easier! The worker there was so so sweet! She was the only person working so service was a bit slow but they had up a sign to let people know they were short staffed that day. Will definitely be back for more!“

“The lady who prepared the food was very sweet, did a great job with presentation and made it fresh! If you’re in a rush though, this may not be the best option for you. The hot dog is on the saltier side, but if you’re into that, you’ll enjoy this place. Unfortunately, it’s quite messy to eat these and since the restaurant is in the +15, you don’t get much privacy to eat, but portions are decent.“

“Googled where to eat with a newly diagnosed celiac teen. Stumbled up here and we will definitely be back!!! My son has not had a 'decent burger' in over a month - his reaction was priceless.....eyes closed with each bite - best burger he's had in forever!!!!!

“We attended a private function at Tubby's for a wedding on Saturday night, July 25 th.....OMG what a welcoming atmosphere! Everything was prepped for our arrival, owners/staff were extremely pleasant and we filled the open space with Lots of Fun dancing!
Then the Hot Dog platters came out!! Well I've never experienced hot dogs quite like Tubby's!! Such unique flavors and super yummy! Be sure to try a few and remember napkins!

“I had the opportunity to grab a bite to eat there while dropping my wife off at physio. I felt badly that I didn’t read the sign and plugged up their drive-through lane for a few minutes. Parked and ambled over for a burger as a way of apology. The burger was good and the krinkle cut fries were exceptional (crisp, not too greasy). The service was fast. A very nostalgic old drive-in feel with food to match. Finally. The prices are very, very reasonable! I definitely plan on a return visit next week! Maybe, I can work my way through their menu?“

“After an afternoon of taking family photos in the park, we were all a starving mess, and Pathway Pitstop didn’t disappoint, with delicious cheese pizzas, and honestly, one of the best burgers I’ve ever had! The hosts were so helpful with ordering and our food came out hot and fast and ready to be devoured! Can’t wait to go back and try more of the menu!“
