“This place is amazing. We first had aperitivo, then pasta and finally dessert. Everything was simply amazing. Aperitivo we had arancini and meatballs with Aperol Spritz, great price on the happy hour menu and wow that tomato sauce was amazing!! The pasta fileja was so delicious, we ordered one boscaiola and one with nduja, both excellent!!! Dessert - tiramisu and bombolone gelato, paired with the suggested cocktails, another success! The whole experience was so good that I can’t wait to be back and try something else. Also the servers were amazing and Biagio very friendly! Perfect date!! Grazie! 🙏“

“Great place with a friendly atmosphere. The staff are very kind and attentive. The food was excellent, I ordered the Margherita pizza and it was delicious.

I also had the pleasure of meeting Neelu, one of the owners and a talented artist. Watching her paint live was a unique experience. She was incredibly warm, energetic, and welcoming, and even treated me to a bomboloni and a delicious tiramisu cake.

This place offers much more than great food, it has a wonderful sense of community and positive energy. I’ll definitely be back. Top-notch experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“

“Eating at Pacini is like eating at home…Sid, our server greets us at the door like a good good friend every time we visit, which is quite often. Sid pays particular attention to our needs, making suggestions, and making us feel welcome with his cheerful disposition and interesting conversation. Sid not only knows our names but what kind of food we like. We enjoy his subtle ways of engaging at just the right time. Sid is definitely aware of our time in the restaurant. Thank you Sid, you are a god send in the service world. We look forward to each and every time we choose to dine with Pacini and their modern yet traditionally Italian cuisine. “We just had the most amazing Italian meal at Bonterra Trattoria, and I honestly can’t say enough good things. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, inviting, and authentically Italian. We enjoyed the date night menu, which was absolutely outstanding — beautifully prepared, full of flavour, and clearly made with care and passion. Every course was perfectly paced! What truly elevated the entire experience, though, was our waiter Oren. He was phenomenal — attentive without being overbearing, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely kind and engaging. His recommendations were spot on, and he made us feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout the entire meal. Service like that makes a great restaurant unforgettable. If you’re looking for exceptional Italian food paired with top-tier service, Bonterra Trattoria is a must — and if you’re lucky enough to have Oren as your server, you’re in for a fantastic experience. We’ll absolutely be back! 🍷🍝“

“Great ambience!!! Delicious food.“

“An all-time favorite. The pizza is spectacular, and everything else is delicious too! So grateful y’all were open just 3 days after the snowstorm. We needed your food as a treat for clearing the walks. Thanks!“

“My husband and I had a lovely date night at Annabel's Kitchen. Service was excellent and we both enjoyed our meals. I was disappointed to hear the menu had recently changed and they no longer had the arancini balls or burrata salad. That said, the food was very good and we would definitely go back.“

“Wonderful attentive service with friendly and fun atmosphere.“

“Buon Giorno has always been a family favourite. The new location is great. The new place has both the main dining room upstairs with similar decor to the old place, as well as a downstairs dining room which was much quieter. Our server, Michael, made our dining experience delightful. He was entertaining and efficient. The only downside was that, on a busy evening, we did have to wait an exceptionally long time for our food to arrive. When our food did arrive, it was piping hot and delicious as always. This indicates to me that, for times like these, more kitchen staff is needed to service the enlarged facility.“

“ordered the Rosé Pasta, and it was absolutely perfect—creamy, flavourful, and cooked just right. The Garlic Bread Sticks were warm, buttery, and had the perfect crunch on the outside. I also had a side of French Fries—crispy, golden, and not greasy at all. To top it all off, I tried the Mango Italian Soda, which was so refreshing and unique! The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Everything came out quickly and tasted fresh. Highly recommend this location if you're craving Italian with a modern twist. I’ll definitely be coming back!“

“Awesome place went here with my fam and Everything was 10 Stars. Great Atmosphere too.“

“This Mom and Pop family owned cafe is a treasure in downtown Calgary. The food is genuinely Italian. Biscotti made on the premises is absolutely delicious. The Cesare sandwich was also delicious. They also do take away. I highly recommend.“

“I normally don’t go out of my way to write reviews, however this one was warranted. It was my first time at this restaurant, and definitely not the last. I want to make note the people running this place keep their place very clean, presentable, and Elena made the experience a million times better. I’ve never had better service anywhere else, she definitely is part of what makes this restaurant so great apart from the amazing authentic food. 5 stars well deserved!“
