I am first generation Italian, I get often asked where to find the best pizza in the city, The answer is easy: Osteria Chef's Table. The chef is Italian, from Rome, he knows what the authentic flavours are. He told me that he makes the pizza dough using a traditional method called "Biga". The waiter we had was a pleasure, couldn't make up my mind on I should order. He said let him choose, best choice I made that night. He had the chef make his best dish. Wow, I was blown away. Definitely making a return visit.
