Overall, I enjoyed the atmosphere and food! The design of the restaurant got great vibes. Plates are beautiful, futomaki was yummy (close to be authentic Japanese futomaki)! Black sesame tiramisu was yummy too. I am now wanting to dine at Omakase the next.
Food was incredible. The chef came out and spent so much time with us and our kids. My youngest son wants to be a chef and so she showed us videos and pictures of her preparing the very tuna maki rolls he had eaten. So personable.
Very traditional. Food is just ok.

The atmosphere is cozy and intimate, making Satsuki a hidden gem that is highly recommended. The pricing for the Kaiseki at $90 per person for nine dishes, plus a very nice miso soup, is considered reasonable. Customers are eager to return, drawn by the quality and authenticity of the dishes. The attention to detail is outstanding, and the food is melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The Omakase experience is exceptional, with outstanding service, care in the curation of the menu, and absolutely delectable dishes. The sashimi platter and snow crab roll are also highly recommended.
