We were on our way to the Calgary Tower before heading back home from a vacation in the Canadian Rockies and found this little gem. Our server Ella, helped us to navigate the menu and choose a wine. We started with squash blossoms which were among the best we have ever eaten (we owned a restaurant and made them each season). My wife had the trout with peas and risotto.
