Due to a full house we were told we would be in the downstairs section. First, the food and service were both excellent as they always are in the upstairs restaurant area but that is where the positive review ends. The downstairs restaurant is not just disappointing but is truly depressing. No good Italian food smell, a cold and depressing atmosphere, a depressing walk to the downstairs section, and a tv on at all times. Buon Giorno has always been a family favourite. The new location is great. The new place has both the main dining room upstairs with similar decor to the old place, as well as a downstairs dining room which was much quieter. Our server, Michael, made our dining experience delightful. He was entertaining and efficient.
