“As a first time customer I will say this is a true "never judge a book by it's cover". When you walk in and see the restaurant from the front door, it looks like every other fastfood joint. However, once you come around the counter to the order area you'll be delighted to see a full tiny kitchen with chefs and pans and the whole kit. Everyone greeted me and every other guest as they came in. The food was fresh, tasty, well prepared, hot, delicious and a very good serving size. If you like Italian food and don't have lots of time or money then The Vapiano is the place you need to find yourself. I gave only four stars because the gluten free pasta was under cooked and the sauce on the dish ordered was runny. I don't want to say it was bad because the flavor was spot on and the other ingredients were amazing, just the two notes. Eat here, you will be full, satisfied, and wanting more“
“Tried for the first time, it’s very authenticI ordered a pizza to go was a bit cold but still good. The atmosphere was cozy and clean but the best part was the staff member (lady with brown long hair) she was excellent, gave feedback on what to get, gave me a tour of restaurant and where I can buy fresh pasta, showed me the owner overall she’s amazing she deserves a raise ?UPDATE: Omg I went back again to buy their fresh pasta and I seen the owner (gent, very easy on the eyes ?) and he sold me fresh fettuccine noodles and gave me fresh Italian sausage sauce, I made it and it tastes sooooo amazing. I can’t believe how good it tastes. A great idea to pick up for entertaining guests and saying you made it from scratch ?Thanks ?“
“The food was amazing, came out quick, cooked perfectly and was piping hot. The owners were lovely and we can’t wait to go back.My husband had the pizza and I had seafood pasta - we couldn’t agree on who’s was better as they were both delicious.“

“An absolute gem of a restaurant. First time there passing through Airdrie! Selection, quality, portions, service, all well above average. Lasagna and Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo were absolutely the best ever! Our server was prompt, attentive, thorough and very helpful. I don't believe I saw one server or host in this restaurant that doesn't absolutely love their job. One of the best service teams I've ever witnessed and the kitchen staff absolutely know their craft! Keep up the great work. You will definitely be seeing us again when we're in the area.“
