The service at the Boston Pizza at Cross Iron Mall in Calgary was very good. From the greeter to the server and waitress. The Boston Burguer I ordered was really awful though. A very strong after taste, even gamey. Do they use real beef or some other meat they advertise as beef? Am I the only case tasting something else but beef in their burguers? My hubby had pizza and my son a chicken wrap and those were ok, no complaints. I complained and did not eat it. They didn’t charge...read full review
It’s the first time I’ve ever had a bad experience at a Boston Pizza. It took forever, you were busy so I get that. However, my husbands meal was burnt and he couldn’t finish it and all they asked was do we want it remade and we didn’t have time to wait another hour and paid full price for a crummy experience.
Sat at the bar, only person at the bar. Over 15 mins and didn’t even offer a water, walked out and went to Fionn MacCools where I was severed and food order right away, save your time don’t bother.
