One of the best pho place in town
Very quick. Fresh. Good food. Usual generous portions. A must eat for university students.

Pho Pham in the University District is a Vietnamese restaurant with a super lovely atmosphere and nice decor inside. The food is outstanding, with many customers praising the sate pho for its broth, which has so much depth and layers of flavour, described as rich, nutty, slightly spicy, and packed with warm aromatic spices. The portions are massive, loaded with generous amounts of meat and easily enough for two meals. Other popular dishes include chicken wings, which are very tasty and fresh, and all the vermicelli bowls, chicken/pork chop on rice, and soups that are fragrant and tasty. The pandan tea is delightful. The staff are always pleasant and very friendly. Some customers noted the broth of the pho can be quite sweet compared to others, and the price of a bowl is on the higher side. The fried rice dish was found to be a bit so-so, with too many frozen vegetables. The restaurant is located at 3908 University Ave NW, where parking can be a bit challenging but not terrible.
