Great subs and great Vietnamese coffee in a clean setting. But what really sets them apart (and you'll see most reviews mention this) is the incredibly friendly service. Seems so rare to find these days - they are genuinely sweet and you feel like you're being served by family.
A very clean and cozy joint with the friendliest owners, fastest service and most delicious beef sate sub I've ever had. I also had an avocado bubble tea which was fresh. Can't wait to try the other menu items :)

Im so happy they survived the pandemic!! The subs are still as good as i remembered it and glad its close to my office. Their buns are absolutely the best as super crunchy but super soft at tbe same time. I find the bun can make it or break it when it comes to a good banh mi sandwich. One thing to note is that their prices have gone up, as im sure all businesses, with the rise of food costs and inflation. My assorted was $14 before gst and tip.
