Awesome food, really great people
Bolsa is by far my favourite Vietnamese spot. Whenever I’m back in Canada I make a point to visit in person or order from skip. The woman that runs the place is the sweetest lady you will ever meet. :)
Stopped in for the first time on my way back to Winnipeg from BC. Chose this restaurant front he pictures. No disappointments. The Pho broth was excellent quality and tastes. Price is normal and fair. The owner was super friendly.

Based on the reviews, Bolsa Restaurant is a go-to place for Vietnamese food in Calgary. The food is consistently delicious and amazing, with dishes that are different from other Vietnamese restaurants. The beef sizzling hot plate on rice noodles is amazing, with great flavours and lots of veggies, enough for 2 meals. The pho has the best broth, and the beef rare or well done beef soup is amazing, filled with multi levels of flavor. A large with extra meat can be 2-3 meals for smaller eaters. The service is extremely fast, lovely, and super friendly. Customers are greeted with warm smiles and left with candies to go. The staff takes such good care of the customers. It is the best pho spot in the city, and out of seven Vietnamese restaurants, it ranks first or second. The place has great Vietnamese vibes.
