There are better options for pho in the area.I understand it's supposed to be a "hole in the wall" kind of restaurant, but you'll immediately be hit with a rancid wet towel smell when you sit at any of the tables. And the worst part is that the food is overpriced, all while being mediocre.If anyone comes across this review, I want you to know that this restaurant is living off its reputation from the past when there weren't as many Vietnamese restaurants around.During my last visit, I ordered a regular-sized 9A (Rare Beef and Tripe), and judging by its appearance, that's what I got. It had about three clusters of meat and two chunks of tripe. It tasted like any other generic pho.I was surprised when the lady charged me for a large, which would set you back around $17 without tips. Initially, I corrected her, but she was adamant about charging me for a large. She would just repeat the line "Regular size is small." It was going nowhere.Now, I don't know if I was duped into paying for something I didn't receive or if I was duped into ordering something I didn't intend to order. But either way, what happened was shady.

Travelled from Winnipeg and found this gem by chance! We were welcomed by the warm and friendly owner and served in less than 10 minutes after ordering. The owner makes and grows most of food on her own so it was truly an authentic experience! We had shared three of the dessert choices and we were not let down!
