1 Pot is a top-notch restaurant with legit hot pot in Calgary. The vegetarian tomato/mushroom broth is gluten-free, perfect for those with dietary restrictions. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a safe dining experience, even labeling the menu for gluten-free options. The food is served quickly but at a comfortable pace, with generous portions. While the atmosphere may be lacking, the incredible food more than makes up for it. Parking is plentiful, and depending on the time, it could be free. Just be aware that the restaurant is not wheelchair friendly due to a couple of steps at the entrance.
