Honestly, the food is good. My favorite combo is the dry rub chiken and festivals.However, the consistency of them opening leaves a little to be desired. There are one too many times that I've shown up ready to order at the Ampersnad location, but Alas....they are closed.

This restaurant is in the food court of an office building, hence the hours. If you need to park, the nearby Harry hays building has street parking around it. The wings are marinated (not breaded) which is great! Lots of options for a reasonable price, but the wings are a little small.
Parking: Harry hays has cheap street parking. The garage for the building (the ampersand) is expensive
Dietary restrictions: Wings are marinated not breaded. Staff seems knowledgeable

Tried this place because of the glowing reviews! I really wanted to love it, but there were a couple significant issues that mean I can't justify giving it more than 3 stars. Order for delivery, or if you can walk over during lunch hour.The good: wings are solid sized and tasty! I quite enjoyed the buffalo hot. Food alone I would give them an easy 4-5 stars.The lady who brought me my food was friendly and helped explain some of the below so I appreciate the staff!The not so good: a myriad of issues I encountered including how difficult it is to access the location downtown, the hours are brutal, the website states they do curbside pick up but the listed phone number you're told to call doesn't work, it just instantly hangs up on you. Very confusing process and when I did find the employee she explained they aren't even doing curbside anymore and the website isn't updated yet.I got two flavors - the second of which being garlic parmesan. I'm tempted to say I got the wrong order because I couldn't fathom how parmesan is in the title with the absolute lack of any tangible parmesan flavor. Still tast, but might as well have been the hot wings without the sauce.Finally, online it states you can make your order a combo for $2 which includes a drink(?) and side(?). My order only came with a bag of fries, no drink. Trying to give the benefit of the doubt as the website seems to be in pretty rough shape, and the $2 seemed too good to be true for what it promised, but still disappointing.
