The food here is decent, and they offer plenty of menu options. The standard portions are definitely worth the price. However, the absolute best part is that they offer a 50% discount right before closing time. Buying their food then makes it an incredible value!
I love noodles, so I was excited to try this place, but the soup was just okay for me.

Guilin Noodles, located inside the shopping mall across the dragon city shopping mall, appears to have aged well with its old-world charm. Serving authentic Guilin noodles, it's a must-visit spot in Calgary. The menu offers a range of dishes, including Crispy Pork Guilin Noodles, Beef Brisket with Rice, roast pork rice noodles, mama dumplings, pork dumplings, and fried chicken. The noodles are chewy, and the soup base is flavorful. The crispy pork is a highlight, and the beef brisket is tender. The meal offers are excellent and the price is low, with generous portions. The owner provides excellent service and refuses to take tips. While the location is a bit inconspicuous, the food is delicious and reasonably priced. It’s recommended to try the classic rice noodles and dumplings, which are sublime. The owner mentioned she may be moving soon, so keep a look-out for her new location. Overall, Guilin Noodles is a great spot for a delicious meal, with the dry noodles being a particular highlight.
