The poor reviews are disheartening. I can’t comment on other people’s experiences from years or months ago but I’ve had nothing but superb experience at this place.
We know it’s a family run business and we know that the food is consistently slow, but we know this so we always plan ahead and warn our friends so they know to expect this.

We placed an order for takeout as my wife wanted a Vietnamese sub which came with mayo, beef, pickled carrots, green and white onions and cilantro. It looked really good and she enjoyed it!
I had the spicy satay beef noodle soup which came nicely separated for transportation. I switched to the bean thread noodles as I much prefer that over rice cakes. The soup was loaded with meat and noodles and overall a good flavour but thought it was missing some spice.
