A&W Canada is a conveniently located restaurant with friendly and helpful staff. The dining room is well-maintained, with staff making an effort to keep it clean. While the food is often very good, especially the poutine, there have been issues with orders, including drive-through mistakes and missing essential items, such as pancake syrup, in delivery orders. Improvements are needed in terms of employee training and attention to detail to ensure a satisfactory customer experience.
