Actually Pretty Good - Victoria Park

The name doesn’t lie — Actually Pretty Good is actually amazing! I had The Duke pizza with jalapeño ranch and it was absolutely delicious. Perfectly crispy crust, generous toppings, and that jalapeño ranch added the perfect spicy kick. You can tell they use quality ingredients and put real thought into their flavour combos. Definitely coming back to try more

Excellent service! The food was absolutely delicious. It was quite busy today, but Daria prepared the pizza very quickly and was extremely polite and friendly.

Actually pretty good pizza in Victoria park is amazing… I don’t like pizza but their El Cap is top notch 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Me and my husband keep coming back for more:)
It’s a restaurant quality for a fraction of the price and pretty great ambiance overall… Staff is very friendly and takes good care of us every time … We are pretty grateful and will be coming back again & again 🤤😋

We visited the market on the recommendation of the Concierge at our hotel and it was amazing! The variety of vendors and quality of the food & drink was impressive. I had an Indian meal while my wife had Mexican. We ordered some nice wine and ate on the open air patio. We were surprised by the number of young families and pets, but it really made the atmosphere more enjoyable. We very much encourage a visit to this market if you find yourself in Calgary!

I love the First Street Market but hadn’t had the chance to try the pizza. Well, tonight a friend and me shared a margherita and it was top notch. The crust was outstanding and the toppings perfect. The person behind the counter was lovely, as well. Next it’s the el cap. 👍

Always love ordering pizza slices at this location! My favorite part of this joint is the amazing staff particularly Kate and Jane! Very nice and hospitable!

Actually pretty bad, that’s their cheese pizza, my partner had a slice just to see as I always tell them this place was very busy. Can’t say much about the whole pizzas but pizzas by the slice, they just pop it to the oven. I had a bite too, taste of nothing.
Disappointed!

I love first street market and was excited to try APG. However what a let down, I ordered the cold cut sandwich and there was literally one slice of meat on it. For $13 this is unacceptable. The sandwich had potential but come on, I was basically eating a saucy bun with arugula. The person serving me was also kindof depressing, I understand everyone has a bad day but this experience was sub par and if that’s the standard I wouldn’t go back.

The grease and wheels are no longer in perfect harmony, grease swimming pool the whole pie bro 💢💢💢
I guess it's time to move on, find the next place...

While I agree with you on supporting local ingredients. I'm very pleased that you're willing to go above and beyond on to recreating such amazing ingredient within the Canadian supply chain, that's truly very rare to hear and blessed to hear such positive feedback loop, amazing and thank you for your hard work. I can't wait to hear the new version of Grease Wheel, maybe call it Canadian Grease Wheel 🤣👍🏼🙏🤩

May have been a truly great pizza but I ordered from Door Dash and they made two stops on the way to my inner city neighborhood so it was lukewarm when delivered. But lukewarm was still very good.

I've tasted many pizzas in my life and this is by far one of the best ones I've eaten!
This pizza is comparable or even better than most pizzas I've tried in Italy! Would recommend 10/10 if you really want to taste some truly italian-style pizza in Canada.
