Had such a great time at Proof Cocktail Bar in Calgary! We tried the Miami Vice and Blue Monday, and both cocktails were really tasty and had such unique flavors. The drinks were beautifully made and definitely felt like something you wouldn’t get at just any cocktail bar.
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The atmosphere was also really cute, cozy, and clean, making it a great place to go for drinks and hang out.

Proof has been on my list of places to check out in Calgary and it did not disappoint!! awesome vibes amazing cocktails. Will definitely be back.

Proof is a cozy and intimate restaurant that offers a great dining experience. The cocktails are consistently excellent and amazing, with a variety of unique glassware for each drink. It's named one of the top bars in North America, and it's easy to see why. The menu features delectable options like tofu bao buns, steak tartare, bao, and Burratta, which come highly recommended and are delicious. The service is attentive and phenomenal, making it a popular spot for both casual gatherings with friends and romantic date nights. The mixologist also made a hot whiskey which wasn’t on the menu and it turned out to be the best hot whiskey ever tasted.
