“Just had an amazing experience at Avi’s Kabob and Shawarma! The food was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked — you can tell they put real care into every plate. The kabobs were tender, was packed with delicious spices, and even the sides were standout good. The service was just as impressive. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and made us feel right at home. It’s rare to find a place that nails both the food and the hospitality, but Avi’s absolutely does. If you haven’t tried this spot yet, you’re missing out. “I have tried most of the reputable shawarma spots in downtown Calgary. At least I thought I had, until I experienced what might be the best one, today. Alibaba kabob house is incredible. The ingredients were so fresh, the meat was delicious, and it’s prepared with care. I will be back so many times.“

“The staff here are great.. Calgary has a lot of people that are new to this type of cuisine.
The staff are so great at explaining the different dishes, and the toppings available.
If you have a bit of a sweet tooth. Try the baklava.“

“I went with my children and had our Iftar this Ramadan .. They have an open buffet... We liked the food it was amazing and they have various foods, hot and cold drinks and sweets 😋 and the price is reasonable. The place decoration and organizing in a good way. The staff is friendly and helpful specially the kind lady Ajmit 💛 Highly recommend 👌“
