Decent food but they never have their hours up to date. Google says they are open, delivery says pickup 4 hours later. Have ordered here quite a few times and they are frequently missing things in the bag. Some unprofessional staff as well. Can't recommend this place until they get their customer service and ordering system in check.

Don’t do it. Either these patties are frozen or mixed with saw dust cause there wasn’t a hint of pink and just didn’t fall apart like a fresh burger. I had to wait about 3 min just for someone to open this shady window. In my opinion if you’re going to have a shady literal hole in the wall spot, you can at least have the window more than 2 inches open. The gentleman who then opened the window had 0 personality. The fries were decent. For this to be my first and last meal in Calgary I was very disappointed.

Ordered a burger and fries for window pickup.On getting to the window 30 mins later they were unaware of my order. Was told they would make my order and to return in 10 mins. On returning 10 minuntes later was told they made the wrong burger and to return a third time!!Final order (50 minutes after ordering and 3 trips backand forth from office) was delicious. Food was good but regrettably unsure how I could frequent an establishment this disorganized.

The burgers are good, it's not the first time I've ordered... the problem is in the terrible home delivery service... I had a problem with the payment, I recorded nothing, I solved it and the payment was made and the order was canceled and plop... I lost 10 thousand and fraction and I am without depression... not even a shine I hope they don't ask for more ??

ordered a meal Togo... and it took a hr and 15 mins until I asked about my order and while sitting there waiting nobody even offers a water atleast for the long wait .. I ended up leaving without eating after waiting to be told another 15 minutes.

I live across the street, have been often and the burgers are delicious. However their ordering system and the errors that are caused by it are inexcusable.My GF has a gluten and dairy allergy and multiple times she has either been served the wrong bun or cheese on the burger after repeatedly asking to remove it.Not sure if anything will change but I would recommend being very careful if you have an allergy

This place makes a fantastic burger, reminds me of old school backyard BBQ. However it could hardly be a stupider set-up, especially in the winter. They have signs on the building pointing you to what exactly I'm not sure. You are supposed to stand at the side window (which has no signs) and wait for someone to see you outside like a l***** Probably no one will. And if you go inside there is a gauntlet of people to go through just to find someone to find someone to find your burger. And that's if you order ahead. Go somewhere else if you value your time.
