Great service . Very nice lounge and never too busy . Never been refused entry with priority pass. Will be coming here only from now on vs the WestJet lounge. Great food and variety. Love it!

Relaxing atmosphere and good food selection.

Refused re-entry. Be sure to check flight status before you exit. When discovered at gate flight 2 hours delayed couldn't get back into lounge.
Food quality poor. Service slow. Drinks ReallyGOOD though!

Comfortable and relaxing lounge while waiting for flight. We visited during morning very few people in lounge, lots of sit and place where you can chat, do last minute work and eat before heading out!
They had a lots of great option for food including an oatmeal, eggs, breads, fruits and coffee. The lounge was clean, quiet and relaxing and the staff were also friendly and constantly ensuring cleanliness of the space. Thanks to Vilma who attend us👍👍👍.
They have showers available for use,they should add toilet area.

It is the worst lounge I have ever seen. Especially the food!!! Couldnt be any worse. Plain pasta with a splash of tomato sauce!?!? Is this a joke!!!

This place is not only beautiful in decor, but the food and people are amazing. Ernesto is a great bartender!

Please provide a dry brut sparkling wine/prosecco. This seems to be the only lounge that does not provide a sparkling wine option. The restrictions on wine service in this lounge are not necessary and rather disappointing..esp when utilizing lounge benefits during morning hours where many guests would like to enjoy a mimosa with breakfast or a baileys & coffee.

Vegetarian options: It would be nice to have a better selection of cheese & crackers as well as both salted & sweet nuts.

The hot food choices were not very good. The quality was average. We were on our way to Edmonton. We did stay there for over an hour.

Came to this lounge after waiting 20 minutes at the Westjet Lounge with no end in sight, and glad I did. I was "let in" right away with zero wait and right away the lounge was big, spacious and with plenty of seating. Staff members were very helpful when I failed miserably trying to pour my own pint, and they were very quick in cleaning up used dishes.

One complaint however was the food was very carb heavy, everything had rice or pasta in it. Did wished there were dutch ovens that were protein only so I'm not forced to eat 80/20 rice/protein whenever I wanted something.

Had try to visit this lounge few times for the past couple month. Only got in once. It’s either too busy and long wait or it’s closed (close at 20:30). Not much food options either. The other two lounges also close early. Really don’t have much good experience at the YYC every time I travel there tbh.

Dried out pastas, 3 choices , 2 choices cold cut & cheese , 2 soup choices wine was good, and ceasars
But not worth the CAD $50.00 plus taxes( for 2 guests) we paid to be in a lounge I would have not have been impressed if I had a premium or a business class ticket.
