Always a great experience. The wine and food are excellent.
The worst customer service experience!
After waiting for food to arrive for almost 2 hours , the manager comes to let us know the kitchen is so behind they didn’t even looked at our food order. We decide to cancel our order to help them with the backlog and manager offers to cover the wine bottle we consumed while waiting for the food.
As soon as he leaves our table the waitress delivers the bill for the wine. We tell her the manager offer to cover . She’s goes to ask...read full review
