While waiting for a connecting Flight to Edmonton on May 28, 2026, we had lunch at this location. An employee, Judy or Janet, came up to our table. She initially introduced herself and then asked how the meal and service were. This employee demonstrated exceptional customer service, even addressing all our questions about flights and the airport itself. Many employees in all establishments could learn and benefit from her skill set.
