We had a birthday dinner for my husband at Botanicus Kitchen + Bar, and it was also our first time dining at this restaurant. Our server, Sasha, was very attentive. She greeted my husband with a "Happy Birthday" and even brought us a complimentary appetizer to start. The food was great! The only dish that didn't quite meet our expectations was the cauliflower steak. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, accommodating and professional. The food was sensational. We were treated to a small appetizer of the chef's creation that we likely would not have thought to order and it was sensational. Absolutely can't wait to come back.
The food was great and the service was excellent — Thom was such a warm presence and really made me feel relaxed after a long flight! I had the frittata for breakfast and trout for dinner.
