Service was great, server were very attentive. AYCE was a fair price with good quality of meat and selections, definitely my favourite Korean bbq in town

We came to this restaurant as a group of six and left completely frustrated. The service was a mess from start to finish. Despite the fact that we had to order and cook our own food, they still slapped an automatic 18% gratuity on the bill. For a party of six, they gave us one grill. It was incredibly slow and made the whole experience annoying and inefficient. When we placed our first order, we were suddenly told we could only get two meat items per person — 12 total. This “rule” wasn't written anywhere on the menu, and considering they charge $15 if you don't finish your food, the restriction made zero sense. It only got worse from there. Our first order was missing items, and our second included things we never even asked for. The staff clearly had no idea what was going on. Communication among the staff was disorganized. One server told us we had 20 minutes left to place our last order, which we did, only to be told shortly after by another server that we had just 10 minutes to finish eating. It felt rushed and contradictory. Why were we allowed to keep ordering if they were about to kick us out? To top it off, they flat-out refused to give us the Melona bars that are included in the all-you-can-eat, even after telling us we had more time. At that point, it just felt like they didn't care at all. In the end, we were forced to pay an 18% tip for terrible service, messed-up orders, mixed messages, and being denied part of what we paid for. This place was completely disorganized and not worth the money or the headache. Would not come back.

⸻ During our visit, the grill plate kept getting burnt easily, so we had to replace it more frequently at the beginning. After changing it twice, we tried to request another replacement by pressing the service button at least three times, but no one came. Eventually, we stopped a passing staff member and asked if the service button was broken. She said it wasn't, but still didn't offer to help us change the grill plate. As a result, the burnt smell and smoke kept coming toward me, which made the experience quite uncomfortable. There were staff present at the front counter, and no other customers waiting to be seated, so the lack of response was disappointing. While the food was delicious, the poor service really affected our overall dining experience

Great food but you are only allowed to orser 2 orders at a time and with a table of 13 hungry people we were constantly ordering. Beware when they are changing out the grill because they spilled oil on someone when taking out the grill. the food was good though and the service was also very good- the all you can eat is a great option. We will be back.

This was our first time trying this spot and it did not disappoint! The flavors, the food options - everything was great. It reminded me of being back in Seoul, Korea. I think this is our new favorite Korean BBQ spot!

We tried the AYCE and it's absolutely worth it! Highly recommended. The restaurant is clean. The washroom was clean too. The quality of the meats are good, especially the pork belly. And who would have thought that I would love the salt they serve with other dips?!

Great service and food. Like most Korean BBQ restaurants, the environment is noisy. We ordered the Father's Day special, and it was priced well.

All the staff were fantastic. Very friendly and attentive. If any requests were made, they were fulfilled quickly

Had never eaten at a Korean BBQ restaurant before and it was such a fun experience. Staff were helpful and showed us what to cook first. Food was excellent quality.
