My latte tasted good and the instructions were well followed. Staff was neither friendly nor rude, but never asks for cup/mug everything is in a paper cup by default. I asked my latte in a mug/cup , I was told '' right now not available....'' I do not know what does that mean!I was there at 6PM ,by 7PM staff started cleaning and mopping the floor and it was smelling like washroom. This is a very busy Starbucks, especially after school lets out. I rarely find seating here in the afternoon. The staff are quick at making drinks, so it's not a long wait. Other than that, you know what to expect: it's the same food and drinks as all the other Starbucks.

I am always blown away by the customer service at this location, regardless of how early or late in the day! The baristas go above and beyond to start my day off with a smile. Although I could make coffee at home, it isn’t accompanied by the same personalized service and friendly banter. The girls always remember my name, my order, and ask about my family.
