I am always blown away by the customer service at this location, regardless of how early or late in the day! The baristas go above and beyond to start my day off with a smile. Although I could make coffee at home, it isn’t accompanied by the same personalized service and friendly banter. The girls always remember my name, my order, and ask about my family. My latte tasted good and the instructions were well followed. Staff was neither friendly nor rude, but never asks for cup/mug everything is in a paper cup by default. I asked my latte in a mug/cup , I was told '' right now not available....'' I do not know what does that mean!I was there at 6PM ,by 7PM staff started cleaning and mopping the floor and it was smelling like washroom. It was so slippery with soap that it was very difficult to go and ask for a free refill. When i reached the counter walking with utmost care I was asked to show the place where i have been sitting till now , only then I will get my free refill. I showed my gold card , receipt in my account [which they never give until unless asked for] but for refill they always ask for a proof of purchase.With app i have it, with starbucks card i have it , but what if i do not have any of these two?Too expensive and rewards are too less.

This is a very busy Starbucks, especially after school lets out. I rarely find seating here in the afternoon. The staff are quick at making drinks, so it's not a long wait. Other than that, you know what to expect: it's the same food and drinks as all the other Starbucks.

The drinks and service were great. I love having a coffee shop next to a Chapters. But the joined bathrooms are not well maintained. All the women's stalls were dirty today, and the toilet took three flushed to properly work. These bathrooms definitely need an upgrade.

My drink was wonderful and the atmosphere is great (gotta love the bookstore and cafe combination). I absolutely love the ambient noise at this Starbucks. The nice big fireplace with seats around it is a great spot to study/read. The cashier and barista were very friendly and made recommendations based on what I was looking for. The downsides to this place are the high price they charge and the sizes. The smallest coffee you can order is still huge. Also, I feel like they could ask us if we are drinking our coffee there. It feels like they always default to the paper cups which can be incredibly wasteful considering the amount of people that were actually staying to eat. I feel like it should be protocol to offer a cup/glass or the to go paper cup, and maybe a discount should be offered to those that choose to drink from a cup. Overall, great place though.Wheelchair accessibility: I think it’s decent!

I find that starbucks has always been overpriced for what it is. You can get a drink like this for cheaper at a local Cafe. Even though I do love starbucks espresso, I do suggest going elsewhere. The staff tend to be usually very nice anyways.
