A quick suggestion:

The store can be very hot and also very crowded, with people waiting for their orders.

If the business used some kind of paging system, people could go outside and wait there for their order and that would free up space in the store.

I don't know what that paging system would look like but someone in the telephone biz will have an answer.

An extra cost? I understand that but your customer service and your customer satisfaction will go up, which will pay you back very quickly.

It should also help your staff to manage the flow of orders to customers. Once they get used to it. They won't have to shout out customer names and will have a very simple and effective way to get customers to pick up their orders.“

“Had a poppyseed bagel with garlic and herb creme cheese. It was amazing hot. Didn't know fresh hot bagels could be so good. They are skinnier or smaller and on the lighter side. They are cash only no debit but they do allow etransfer. Definitely will ne going back next time I'm in the area.“

“The food court itself is hard to find when you go towards international departures on the 2nd floor you will find food court signs follow along and you will find escalators to 3rd floor where there is Tims, subway, A&W and more as shown in the attached images. Food quality was great but staff was not prompt. I ordered a bunch of stuff and I found out that they forgot to add one item which my kid noticed later. Over all the location is great with ample dine in area. Quality of Tims food is great as always. If you are at the airport this Tims is highly recommended.
