I have never written a google review before but I felt the need to write one after having the nicest encounter with one of the staff here just earlier today. The customer service here is excellent; the boy who was sampling pretsels at around 3pm today just oozed positivity and a great sense of humour. He helped me pick out the best option of pretsel I could go for as I have never tried these pretsels and he was very helpful. They have really good pretzels. I go here quite often for a quick snack. I had a butter and salted pretzel today and my daughter had a Nutella pretzel. They were both really good. Service is good and there is lots of parking because it's at the mall.
