Service was terrible… not enough staff to deal with the volume!
Not happy
Decided to go out for dinner with my partner and our LGBTQ friends, I cannot express enough how rude our server was. Ashik B was our server, and he very obviously did not appreciate our presence within the establishment. He was very rushed, even though the section was not busy, he was trying to be quick and was making mistakes on our drink orders. Based on the reviews, Red Lobster offers great food and phenomenal service. The food is fresh, flavorful, and served hot, with plenty of delicious shrimp options during Shrimp Fest and the endless shrimp promotion. The warm Cheddar Bay Biscuits are always a highlight. Guests also enjoy the crab, which pulls out of the shell perfectly, and the roasted garlic & herb flavor is a winner. The service is friendly, attentive, and absolutely phenomenal. Staff members greet guests warmly, show the drink menu, and explain menu items. They time refills perfectly, have great recommendations for drinks and dessert, and provide complimentary dessert for birthdays. One host even showed children the lobster tank with cool facts. Overall, the dining experience is wonderful, and guests will definitely be back.
