“Every time I go to Chinook, I always buy pretzels because they’re one of my stress relievers.🥰 And today, I visited Mr. Pretzels and was really impressed by the service, specially Emily and Cristel my Filipino kababayan❤️ they are awesome! The 2 staffs were polite, friendly. patient, and very professional. They explained the flavors, prepared everything fresh, and made sure I was happy with my order. Excellent customer service and delicious pretzels.“

“I usually come to Mr. Pretzel for a quick snack, but honestly the reason I keep coming back is the amazing service from Shaira and Janelene. They are both incredibly kind, welcoming, and always greet customers with a smile. You can tell they genuinely care about making people feel appreciated and taken care of.
They really make this location stand out. Every time I visit, they go above and beyond to be friendly and helpful, and it makes the whole experience so much better. You can tell the whole team works hard, but Shaira and Janelene really help set the tone and make the atmosphere so positive and welcoming.“

“I opted to order the bite size/minis instead of the regular ones but I think the regular ones is more worth it for the price. Paid $6.92 for this, and I think it's similar price for the regular ones. Ordered sugar & cinnamon powder for the flavour and was expecting they would drizzle it all (the bite size) before putting it in the box (just like the whole size pretzel where they fully coated it with the powder) . To my surprise, they put the pretzels inside the box and just drizzle on the topmost part. I think it would be better to drizzle all the bite size pretzels first, before putting it in the box. Went last Sunday, 27 April 2025 on their Cross Iron outlet.“
