Waited 10 minutes to be brought to our table..... My daughter's cup was stained. Saucer dirty. The waitress was the best part of the experience. She explained the different teas and answered all our questions! The teas arrived and we were told to wait 4-5 min. I chose the Al Forno blend very nice. Pink colour. The food I chose was the veggie option. Croissant with salad delicious. Egg and cuke good( bread a little hard) the cheese sandwich was dry needed mayo or cucumber...
Had a lovely breakfast at Alforno! Their coffee and food is always good! I will say we felt very rushed_upon ordering coffees the served constantly came around wanting to take our food order despite us telling them we were taking our time & will let them know when we're ready to order. The restaurant also wasn't full and busy so didn't appreciate constantly being pestered to rush.
An excellent experience from start to finish. The food was fantastic, the service attentive, and the price far more manageable than any other high tea experience in the city. 100% would recommend!
