Love their beef sate! After speaking with the owner who LEARNED how to cook when she came to Canada just so she could eat the authentic Vietnamese subs she used to have was impressive. She said all of her menu items are all of her recipes. You could taste the value for sure and the portions they put in their subs are always generous compared to other places I've tried. Understandably, she had to raise her prices due to inflation. But as long as she doesn't go too crazy, I'm happy to keep supporting her business!

Simply the best. I love banh mi and have had them from many different shops. But this is is simply the best. I’m hooked on the 1B and crave it all the time.The fillings, flavour and freshness is always on point! The bread is always toasted perfectly. I’d rather eat this than Subway everyday of the week.There’s a European looking lady who works there and speaks fluent Vietnamese! Trips me out every time.

Amazing bahn mi. It's probably the best I've had in Calgary - the Vietnamese butter is excellent with a touch of garlic, generous meat portions, balanced amount of veggies and a fairy large sub. My only caviat is the wait time. It is busy - expect to wait 20-30 minutes for your order. Best to call ahead. Aside from that, terrific bahn mi!

I've never had a bad banh mi but the banh mi i had was the least well flavoured banhmi i've ever had. My favorite part of the banh mi is the pickled carrots/daikon, but it was so stale and unflavoured and disappointing. Cold cut is a banh mi classic, if a cold cut isnt good i wouldnt go back again for banh mi. Worried about calgary's viet options if this is considered many people's favorite banhmi place…
