Dirty sticky floor in the dining area. One of our sushi rolls felt like it was out of the fridge. They ask for a 15-20% tip despite providing no waiting service.

Ordered through uber eats with sesame beef bowl 90% rice 5% Beef 5% veggies. Has been our favourite place but this was disappointing

Tonight I ordered a Japaneses curry pork meal to which I wanted yakisoba noodles. When the order came, it was incorrect.
The staff member who assisted me (unfortunately, I missed her name) didn’t hesitate to make things right, she promptly replaced the meal with the correct one and even added a complimentary dessert as a gesture of goodwill.

The service was awesome and I really appreciated the kindness and professionalism, Id definitely recommend this place!

Ordered food on Doordash at 5:15 pm. App shows they were preparing at 5:30 pm. Delivery time kept changing and finally delivered at 7:55 pm... Cold, and 2 hours later than expected. If you can't fulfill the order within a reasonable time, cancel it instead of taking people's money and keeping them waiting and waiting. Quite the scam.

Delicious Japanese food and well priced! The ONLY thing is cleanliness. The counter seats by the window are extremely dirty - crumbs, dirt, stains and I even saw a dead bee. I hope the kitchen is clean given what we saw outside. Also hoping they’ll clean it for next time.

I come to this place every now and then, but after today I will not be coming back - I ordered a meal through the phone for pick up. When I came in to pick my order up, the service and atmosphere of the place was horrendous - all 4 staff members at the front register looked at me but did not greet me. The one girl who was in front of the cash was very rude - I told her I was here to pick up a meal and she was not friendly, asked me what my name was, then handed my food over the front. No thank you, no have a good day, and felt very condescending. Never again.

My favorite place to get poke. The salmon bowl is one of my favorite meals to eat, ever. It’s my go-to on the rare occasion I order food as a treat when I’m having a hard day. Good portion size too and they don’t skimp on the amount of salmon. And the avocado and cucumber are always fresh. The poke bowl is as visually pretty as it is tasty.

And when UberEats screwed me over and their terrible customer service made it impossible to get an acceptable solution, Banzai staff were friendly and helpful and made sure I still had an enjoyable lunch on a really crummy day. I won’t be using UberEats anymore, but thankfully Banzai is also on Skip the Dishes. 😁

The location itself is small but clean and cute and pleasant for casual dining.

I used to be running Sushi restaurant before, so I know at least fish freshness quality. This place is the far best fresh food I have eaten so far. I enjoyed a lot.
