Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company is a lively community coffee shop with a fun atmosphere, often featuring disco music in the morning. The staff are consistently described as awesome, cheerful, funny, kind, friendly, warm, and understanding. They provide excellent customer service, going above and beyond by expediting orders for waiting customers and fixing mistakes from other locations. The baristas are thoughtful and considerate, making customers feel like the only person there. The drinks, such as the latte and cappuccino, are delicious, with the latte noted for its dark and rich espresso, just the right balance of milk, and a hint of sweetness.
