Barbarella Bar offers a lively atmosphere in downtown Calgary. While wait times can occur, the comfortable seating and attentive servers make up for it. The menu boasts delicious dishes like tomato hazelnut dip, ricotta crostinis, calamari, ravioli, and pecorino pizza. The house wine, white sangria, and specialty drinks like Ground Control are popular choices. The food is decent. Alex our waiter was fabulous and very attentive. This is a great place for happy hour drinks and pizza and a great casual spot on 8th Avenue. The matches and postcards are part of the momento and add a touch of fun. Barbarella Bar is a great spot to return to, whether for a special occasion or a casual night out.
