Incredible experience today. Even though it wasn't on the standard menu, the team went above and beyond to prepare a Costa Rica Geisha (Natural Process) on a Kalita Wave. You can tell they really care about the craft here—they roast their own beans and the quality is top-tier. The Geisha was beautiful, highlight-of-the-week stuff. If you're looking for high-end specialty coffee in the city, this is a must-visit. 100% recommended.
