It’s awful service. Staff probably worked in prison before bcs not well-mannered at all. It’s nice design inside but it’s only one good thing in this place,no recommend before they don’t change staff on civilisation people with good manners.

Great atmosphere when you are inside. I was expecting it to be a bit more quiet with the house rules of “speak easy.” Drinks were 5 star and bartenders offered great service. What killed the experience for me was the loud, brash and sarcastic hostess that brought us in. Firstly it was not a secret speakeasy as it was lined up out the door with people. I was looking forward to using the password and have full experience of quietly entering the so called secret space. Instead it was similar to lining up at a busy restaurant being ushered in one group at a time. To make it even more disappointing when I tried to follow through with the experience and call in my password (because it would have been so cool!), the hostess just made a joke that it was pointless since she wasn’t on the other end of the line. Pretty disappointing entrance. I would not recommend Betty Lou if you are looking for that true secret hideaway experience.

Sarah was such an amazing server! Her knowledge on food and drinks made deciding on an order so much easier! The live jazz music was the cherry on top, will definitely be coming back!

What a great experience i had oh boy lemme tell ye that brownie and those olives oh boy were they delicious and the live jazz it was great and our waiter reminded me of peter pan so he really brought us to the neverland of fine waiting and service, sure i may have sold half my life for the drinks but out of anywhere to spend ur money on i feel this place is worth it

This speakeasy is such a vibe! I loved the live jazz band they had playing on Sunday, and the service was great. Plenty of great cocktails on the menu but the farewell to arms is a must try! I’d highly recommend visiting this speakeasy when they offer live music, I believe it’s thursdays and Sunday’s but their website has the most up to date info

The service was sub par and had pretentious notes to it, underwhelming experience for what you expect. The drinks were over priced for the quality you'd expect, and the food was meh. The performance at the event I was at was good, but very late to begin, and the people and the ambience gave off vibes of a space that's trying too hard. If you've been to similar bars in other cities, I'd give it a pass.
