Very good option for vegetarian. I would add some other dishes on the menu to give additional options. Service was great.
Stopped by at The Coup on a quiet Sunday morning before the brunch rush hit and was glad I beat the crowd, since the patio seats fill up fast once the sun's out. The tofu scramble was seasoned way better than I expected for a vegetarian spot, and the portion size actually justified the price. Staff remembered my coffee order from a previous visit two years ago, which is the kind of detail that sticks with someone who eats out constantly on the road.
