“it’s 2024, I’m done gatekeeping the best bars in Calgary.. Coasters is SOOOO good! It’s my favourite place and I’m okay if it becomes your favourite place too, because they deserve the hype! Let’s cover all the reasons why. #1 the staff!!!! A tight knit group of my favourite girls as servers (I love them all but special shout out Fawn, love you girl!!). And a kitchen staff who knows exactly what TF they’re doing *chefs kiss* #2 the menu. Omg the food! Always amazing!! IVE TRIED EVERYTHING!!! soooo good, and the prices are even better ;)) my personal favourite are the crunchy chicken burger, coasters burger and steak sandwich. “Great customer service!The food portions were big enough; however, the prices were a bit expensive. It might be because some ingredients are locally sourced.The food is tasty and the combination of flavours is interesting. However, if you are not into such a mixture of different strong flavours, this restaurant might not be for you.What I didn't like was that the fries were really oily and that adding an egg to my dish was 2$.“
“This place was TO DIE FOR! They had a spectacular wine selection, the food was amazing. We ordered some small plates to share and had the lobster nori, cheese fondue and the gnocchi! The gnocchi was the best thing I have eaten in a very long time. The vibes of this place were very lovely, it’s a small intimate restaurant! We found it a bit difficult to find (that is totally our fault). We walked by it multiple times until we finally stopped in at UNA PIZZA. It is located at the back of the UNA pizza take out restaurant next door, just walk to the back thru the curtain and you will find it …for anyone else directionally flawed!“
“I liked the restaurant. Location was good, food was great and It was a good size portion of food. The Entrance way was a bit confusing. It has ‘Emergency exit’ labeled on the door. Please note this is the entrance door. Our server was wonderful her name was Annabelle.“
“Stopped by here after having passed it a few times on the road. My only regret is not coming here sooner! Delicious food, very friendly service, great atmosphere!I had the Fried Pepperoni and Fish and Chips, and my girlfriend and I shared some fried pickles.The Fried Pepperoni was so simple...yet so delicious! The mustard dip was so complex and delicious and the pepperoni had so much layers of flavour!The Fish and Chips were fantastic, a classic English style that you can't go wrong with.The Fried Pickles were also great, and the dill dip was addicting! (The dill dip also goes great with the fried pepperoni!)Overall I will definitely be coming back here, likely regularly. I can't wait to try everything else on the menu!“
“So I visited this restaurant again today and ordered this burger. Let me tell you this, the burger was awesome, and it came in large portion. I've been coming here for the past one year and I am really impressed with what this restaurant has to offer. I've tried most of their menu, and overall their food is great. The staff is friendly and they explain the menu thoroughly if you have any doubts. The atmosphere is in general gives cozy vibes. I usually bring my friends to this place and they love it here. “If you enjoy an unusual atmosphere with vinyl LP music, a wide selection of drinks, and amazing food pairings, then you should try Rain Dog Bar. The service is outstanding. The staff are very friendly and strive to provide a personal touch for each customer, which is a great thing. I had the best burger I've ever eaten in Calgary here! It's truly amazing. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends!“
