Called to order Mac and cheese cause I was with my kids. I get there and she mentions she hasn’t started. There was no one there, I ordered before hand so I can just pick it up and leave as my kids were in the car. She brought out the mac from a ziplock bag. And there was no cheese. The flavour tasted like water. 8.40 for the most blandest macaroni no cheese.

Welcome to Mahogany Big T! Great food and now I see on the website that they have a dog friendly patio which is very “Mahogany”.

Everything is great. Bummer to see it not as busy as it should be on a Friday at noon.
Only recommendation... Add blinds to the windows. Depending on the seat, patrons are blinded by the the sun while seating, eating and trying to socialize.

I've always wanted to try this place and today I did and I swear, this was the best choice to make for my lunch. Right away, they've got banging tunes (that I fully enjoyed) when you walk in. I ordered the ribs and let me tell ya, DELICIOUS. It came with cornbread and 2 sides that you can pick. I recommend the beans. The staff was very polite and friendly. I will definitely be coming back here. Keep up the great work, Big T's BBQ!

The place is clean and tidy and the staff are friendly. The price for the quality and portion size was a bit much in my opinion and I was missing a cornbread which made me a little sad. I'd still recommend giving them a try though and will eat here again.

I sent this email to the Big T BBQ website as I could not find a mahogany specific email. It's been over a week and I have not received a reply, so now I post is publicly in hopes of a response.

We ordered from the Mahogany location last night (last week). I tried to find their direct contact but could not.
We picked up our order and went straight home and it wasn’t far as we live in the area. We ordered two big daddy brisket sandwiches, one with fries and one with sweet potato fries. The meat was cold and so were the sweet potato fries. The regular french fries were hot however we had to microwave the meat which was not ideal. The bun was nice but didn’t seem to work as the whole sandwich was mushy, bun not toasted, and very flavourless. We ditched the buns and just ate the microwaved meat with some horseradish I had in the fridge. I’m not sure if this is normal and your sandwich is served cold with little sauce, but it doesn’t seem right considering what we paid for and I thought you should know.
We have had your platter before and enjoyed it, so this was very disappointing. Not sure if we will be back.

Big T Mahogany has become my family’s Friday night ritual!! The food is fantastic,the online order system is easy, my food is always ready and hot when I arrive and every single one of their staff is just amazing, so friendly and helpful. The two boys that I can only assume are twins are so awesome, I have come in with my kids a few times and they both always offer to help me bring my food to my car, just above and beyond in my opinion. The owner is a lovely lady as well and she has been there from time to time, always welcoming and smiling. Thank you Mahogany Big T, for making us great food, going above and beyond with service and making my family feel like family from start to finish! Awesome, awesome, awesome!!!!

Incredibly disappointed with the quality of the food. The beef brisket was really dry and sliced so thin it resembled deli meat. The baked beans were hard. The marinated coleslaw tasted off... This is basically expensive fast food bbq.

OMG the food at this restaurant is amazing. Everything is made from scratch, just like home cooked meals.

The gravy is homemade using the brisket and veggies. The poutine is absolutely delicious.

$80 for the dryest brisket i've ever had. almost choked on the smoked chicken breast as it was somehow dryer. sausage was good. pulled pork okay. half chicken meh

Unfortunately they forgot my cornbread on my pickup order ? and from some of these other reviews it seems like this is a fairly common problem for this location.

Food is great as always. The 2 ladies working there were very lovely!
