I had a great experience at Bistro on the Bow thanks to Natasha. She was warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect — from drinks to timing to overall atmosphere. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality, especially at an airport restaurant. Natasha turned what could’ve been a routine airport meal into a really enjoyable and relaxed experience.
