I don’t often patronize Tim Hortons but when you’re in an airport, and past security in the very early morning hours, the pickings are usually quite slim. That’s how my partner and I found ourselves at the Tim Hortons near Gate C50 in YYC. Upon entry, there were no customers in this outlet, and no staff behind the counter. After staring at the limited selection of donuts for a few minutes, somebody did finally come from the back, not wearing a uniform. The person was very disinterested as to what I needed. I did select a few muffins and scones, but when we ate them, found them a bit dry/stale.

They don't participate in the Tim hortons rewards program but the sign saying that is on the back of the "please line up here" where no one would see ?♀️.Lined up and couldn't use the reward. Quite a waste of time
