I’m quite sad to leave this review actually. But when we were first sat by the hostess and we were asked about any dietary restrictions and I mentioned being celiac. So we were brought GF corn chips with salsa. After I ordered shrimp, pork and mushroom classic tacos, based on the menu all of the classic tacos appeared to be GF. The tacos arrived and the shrimp one was breaded. I gave it to my friend, and I double checked and sure enough, not GF.I guess it’s my bad for not double checking before ordering, but why ask about dietary restrictions if you’re not going to help with my dietary restrictions?!(Also, the server actually told me that none of the tacos I ate were GF after I ate them, but according to the menu on the website, that’s not true…)

Blanco Kensington’s patio was such a lovely spot this afternoon to enjoy a couple margaritas in the sun. I loved meeting Ona and chatting with her! She suggested the watermelon margarita with fresh fruit and blanco tequila and it was very refreshing. Thank you so much Ona!

You can’t go wrong with the happy hour here. They are generous with their portions for the price. This was my second time at this particular location and unfortunately I was pretty disappointed with the lack of customer service. We didn’t receive a single drink until after half an hour of being sat. Understanding it was busy, one of the managers/shift leaders brought our food over. I politely had asked if she could just check in on our drinks because we didn’t want to dig in before have something to drink. She responded with “yeah so drinks are pretty backed up right now and you guys aren’t the only ones in this restaurant.” and walked away. I was speechless especially because I asked so politely. Why work in customer service when you carry around an attitude like that? Not to mention, we were rushed out and rushed to pay because they said they needed the table for another reservation. Poor planning on your guys’ part. No one does it state a maximum seating time. The night ended off with one of the servers coming back and telling us firmly that we needed to go because they needed the table. I would advise to stick to the other location, that one has never disappointed.

Been at this location before and never seemed to have a bad experience until last night. Our drinks took forever and when we asked the manager on a UPDATE on our drinks she rudely responded with “you guys are not the only guests here”. Completely understandable, we were not asking for the drinks to be rush but a simple update as also our food was on the table before the drinks. The lady seemed to be the shift leader/manager and she gave our table so much attitude and for what? You work in customer service so treat people with respect. If you want to talk to customers in that manner, please do not work in the service industry and go home.Towards the end of our experience, they told us to leave as another table was coming in. Our waitress was very nice about it however, every single other employee were giving us dirty looks. Finally, one lady came to our table and told us firmly to leave. There were other open tables that could have been easily pushed together for the other party hence it was 11pm and there was room.Personally working in the service industry myself, if I treated the guests the same way we were treated-I would lose my job. I will never return to this location after the horrible customer service experienced.

The best fish tacos and Baja shrimp tacos in town!! Aliyah was our server and she was delightful, very pleasant. The music was great also! Great atmosphere :) happy hour is my favorite time to visit ..you can't beat 1/2 price tacosDietary restrictions: Gluten free options appreciated

I Went in for lunch and Ona was my server, she did an amazing job & I will definitely be back.
Love the vibe of the place, we visited with a few friends over the weekend; food was in good quantity and great taste. Our server Jenna made our visit even better with her friendly attitude and great service. Overall we loved the time spent at Blancos.
