Breakfast and lunch have tasty menus. This quaint little place serves tasty hot food. The blueberry pancakes or hama me cheddar omelet are tasty and just the right size. Side potatoes with the omelet are well executed, soft and nicely seasoned. Service is fast, attentive, and very polite. People do not know what goodness they are missing at lunch time. Spot has a cool history posted too.

I was really looking forward to brunch here, but unfortunately, it was disappointing. The Eggs Benedict I ordered were overcooked, and the entire dish lacked flavor. Overall, the plate didn’t live up to expectations. Service even if nice was also lacking with missing items (no sugar for coffee, no spoon).
I hope this was just an off day, but I wouldn't recommend this place based on my experience.

Lovely little cafe with a wonderful atmosphere, friendly staff, and delicious food. My partner is a red seal chef so I am a bit of a benny snob—but these ones definitely did not disappoint! We split the salmon and bacon bennies and both were phenomenal. The hollandaise sauce had wonderful flavour to it and the eggs were poached perfectly. We will definitely be back!
