We had a lovely brunch! The “Vinny breakfast” was great and came with a generous beef sirloin. We also enjoyed the salmon eggs Benedict. Everything felt light, fresh and tasty. The service was stellar, we even had recommendations for few places to visit in the area. The place was charming, was not too busy nor too noisy, nice cosy atmosphere.

My wife visited Blue Vinny on Sunday 26th Oct. For Breakfast prior to a show at the Jack Singer. The place was busy and we were in a rush to the show. Both of us had Spinach Omelet which was perfectly made .Right amount of Feta Cheese and piping hot. Well Done Chef!

I had the breakfast bowl and it was so delicious, fresh and full of flavour! The latte was really good too, smooth and just the right balance. Cozy atmosphere and friendly staff made the experience even better. A great spot to start the day!

This place was right around the corner from the hotel we stayed at. I read reviews about the eggs benedicts and figured it was worth investigating. I was not disappointed. The steak benny was so tender, the side potatoes were delicious and the hollandaise was excellent. Truly one of the best bennies I've had in a while. We also had the mushroom omelette and that was executed perfectly. The staff and owners were very helpful and friendly and the atmosphere was cozy. When we're in the area again, we will be returning.

When you hear the word diner, you tend to think loud and very casual. Not here. Blue Vinny Diner is a great little restaurant with lovely, warm atmosphere. Their omlettes are fluffy and tasty in a way I didn't know omlettes could be. Service was really good too

Never got a chance to try the food because the servers ignored my sister and I for over 20 minutes, not even a water was offered. All newly sat tables around us were served so we just left

Lovely diner right on Stephen Avenue that’s open early! If you want to get an early breakfast in that’s nice and filling, this is the place to be. Ordered a mushroom omelette and a coffee, and it’s some of the best diner food I’ve had. Definitely a highlight from visiting Calgary!

Lovely little diner right in the heart of downtown, staff are friendly and the vibe is grandma's cooking, in keeping with that hash browns are mushy, but amazing bread, eggs and bacon, do recommend!

The food was fine but for the price the portions were so small. $18 for 2 pieces of French toast and no side was a lot. We were all still hungry after our very expensive breakfast.

After a a hot, fabulous Stampede weekend it turned cold and rainy, Blue Vinny’s was close with a nice menu for a late breakfast. Beautiful presentation, yummy home cooking food. The staff was very friendly and helpful when we asked for rainy day activities. There isn’t much to do in the town itself when it’s raining, but she had some helpful suggestions.
