Asked for more sauce for my bq but never got it

Picked up order. Rude service at the counter. And my wife and I agreed that the food was the worst chinese we ever had.

Updating my review.
I ordered the same thing as did for dine in but for take out.

They dont come with utensils... I ate a noodle soup with my hands.

Ordered again... found out there was a utensils button. Checked that off to ensure I get to est properly.

Delivery arrived with no utensils once again. ...common mate

Eating in is fine but when you order DoorDash expect them to just swap your items like bbq pork to cold chicken without as much as a call to ask what substitute you’d like and when you call them you’ll find the staff eager to blame DoorDash yet reluctant to offer any solution:/ yeah not too happy about that one

This was our favorite place for some special dishes so made the effort to come here, this time at about 2pm, off the rush hours. We were shown to a table right away but did not get any services for the first 10 min. Given the lack of the service, significant downgrade in the quality of dishes and significant increase in the prices of the dishes, this will be our last visit.

Lets start with their waitress, they look at you like you owe them money all the time. They served us meat that you can taste which is left for a long time. They served us hot plate in a cold iron plate, then told us to wait and just left it there until we asked.

Honestly 2.5. The service was pretty bad, had to go to the front to ask for a menu, then had to give them our order again at the front desk. Was seated in some random back room that was pretty dark.

Average food but close to home so it passes but my biggest complaint is the staff expecting tips even with take out. I sometimes tip 10% but even at that they grumble and give you cut eye. Now I do everything I can to avoid this restaurant.

I bought a Barbecue pork and roast pork rice . The roast pork is good, but the barbecue pork has gone bad. I tried three pieces and sure they smell and taste bad. Please sell to customer before make sure the meat quality, otherwise don’t sell it

Ordered delivery, dim sum was good and portion sizes are reasonable. The Shanghai pan fried pork buns were excellent.
