About Bob's

Bob's is a brand new (June 2023) veggie burger pop-up attached to The Coup. The restaurant offers a phenomenal menu, including a double burger with American cheese made from Impossible "meat" and a side of deep-fried buffalo cauliflower, both of which are absolutely amazing. The cauliflower is perfectly spicy and crunchy, while the burger, with its crispy patties and Martin's potato rolls, is an umami bomb. Drinks like the Trailer Trash Margarita are dangerously delicious. The atmosphere inside The Coup is fun, comfortable, and modern, with superb music spanning hip-hop, pop, jazz, and dance-club genres, creating a welcoming experience.
